If you cancel 24 hours before our appointment, no problem. We just find a new time and date. Cancelling later than 24 hours before and no-show means that you've used a session, so no refund or new time and date.

If you commit to The Super Annoying Follow up Plan, you only commit to a month at a time. You can cancel anytime and only pay for the current month
