Consequential is hiring a Sales Training Consultant for CCS Nordic

Can you train sales people in how and why their customers buy? 

Can you bring our client centred selling (CCS) concept to live in front of an audience of skilled and critical customers? We have a a strong, comprehensive framework for engaging, structuring, and strategizing the individual sales activities for our customers. And we need you to help bring it to them.

CCS Nordic is a sales efficiency consultancy. We bring structure, process, and competence to customer engagement activities. We strive to be valued as a commercial excellence consulting partner that truly helps our clients implement a stronger client-centred approach and increase their sales efficiency. We are currently looking for a strong sales training consultant with extraordinary training and presenting skills. 

Responsibilities 

  • Plan and organise training in Client Centred Selling based on CCS Nordic’s approach
  • Develop bespoke training programs based on CCS nordic materials 
  • Conduct training 
  • Coaching sales teams and individual sales reps
  • Manage relations with the customer and look for new projects and opportunities with our existing customers.Over time, we expect you to take active part in selling and build a portfolio of clients
  • General programme and project management 
  • Refine or develop existing methods, models and new training materials as required 
  • The role requires 60-80 travel days pr year, primarily in the Nordics and Europe

Qualifications 

  • +5 years experience with training/teaching and/or consulting 
  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or similar background relevant for the position 
  • Exceptionally good at presenting and communicating information 
  • Personal experience with sales 
  • Business proficiency in Danish and English, both orally and in writing 
  • Proficiency in office programmes, especially excel, powerpoint and online meeting tools
  • Insights into minimum one international standard for selling (e.g. Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Solution Selling, TAS or similar)
  • Experience from working with CRM, preferably Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics

Personal competencies 

You involve by sharing your knowledge and personal experience when you train and facilitate. At the same time, you recognize that presenting and facilitating is not about you, but about the participants. There is always a facilitating intent with your communication. When you get carried away, you have the personal insight and self reflection to bring a session back on track. We need someone who is can think and adapt on their feet and is present and exceptionally good at reading the audience. Bringing value to the client and improving the skills and capacity of the participants is always at the forefront of your facilitation
You are a people’s person (we don’t mean super extraverted, just really good with people) and have a farmer’s approach to clients. You are comfortable pursuing a new client  opportunity when you know our company better, but you are even more at home making sure our existing clients are being well taken care of. We expect you to be someone who is: 

  • always delivering results and meeting customer expectations with attention to high quality 
  • good at coping with pressure and setbacks and used to giving and receiving feedback in a professional setting 
  • keen on achieving personal work goals and objectives
